I had one recently. and it really bugged me when it shouldn't have. I hate waking up feeling like crap, and it's the worst way to start the day. But then I remembered the quote above.. and try to drive the negativity and sadness out of my mind. So it got better and better. Trust me, u can never underestimate the power of your mind. Its a fact.
p/s: anyone having bad dreams lately? I think sometimes bad dreams might be caused by what you were thinking just as you were about to fall asleep.
